Our top priority when it comes to growing grapes is sustainability. It all starts with shoot thinning and positioning of the vines. Positioning the vines properly allows earlier sun exposure, which then concentrates the juices making for a stronger flavor. The breeze is able to pass through the vines, therefore eliminating rot from forming. Shoot thinning maintains the vine and allows it to focus on the grape quality rather than the quantity.
All of these variables in our canopy management eliminate the use of any chemicals. Zero chemicals allows us to grow quality grapes which in the end, make the best quality wines.
